We're currently looking for an Application & Support Engineer to join our growing team.
This hands-on, customer-facing role spans application design, field service, technical support, and training.

What You'll Be Doing
Field Service: Travel across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia to install, commission, and maintain systems.
You'll be the face of DR – ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and technical excellence.
Application Design: Create efficient, compliant designs tailored to customer specifications, collaborating closely with internal teams and customers.
Technical Support: Provide remote and onsite support, troubleshooting, and guidance to keep systems performing at their best.
Customer Training: Deliver engaging training sessions (in-house or on-site) that help customers get the most out of our products.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in design reviews and quality initiatives to drive product and process improvement.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:Tertiary qualification in Electronic Engineering (Electrical or related streams considered).
Technical Knowledge:Power engineering, control systems, digital systems, computer networks, and hardware/software integration.
Preferred Experience:PLC/PC-based control systems, substation site work, AutoCAD, Unix/Linux, and electrical troubleshooting.
Personal Attributes:Hands-on, proactive, and detail-focused.
Excellent communicator and team player.
Travel Ready:Comfortable with frequent travel across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
A passport must be obtained within 180 days of employment.
