Your Role
* Assist senior pastry chefs in daily preparation and service
* Create high-quality plated desserts, buffet selections, and retail pastries
* Maintain consistency and excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
This role requires a confident and capable pastry professional with proven experience. You must bring:
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a pastry chef in high-end volume operations
* A strong understanding of HACCP and food safety standards
* Expertise in buffet, plated desserts, and retail pastry production
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* A passion for creating desserts that delight and inspire
