Your new role
* You will primarily be responsible Providing level 1 desktop support.
* You will bring a level of passion for assisting and guiding people through their IT problems as well as problem solving their queries.
* You will play an significant role as part of representing the IT at the local level focusing on end user computing priorities.
What you\'ll need to succeed
* To be successful in this role, you should possess demonstrated experience in Level 1 Desktop Support
* Have experience with Microsoft 365, Teams Telephony, Mobile Device Management, Domino Lotus Notes, Adobe Acrobat, Windows 10, Multifunction Devices with Follow Me Print and Case Management Systems preferable
* Managing New Starters with IT Hardware provisioning and performing IT Inductions and Compiling IT User Guides & Process Documentation
* Performing IT Asset Management of desktop hardware, mobile devices, SIM cards & peripherals
* Support & troubleshoot audio visual equipment including ensuring that rooms for Conferences are set up correctly with the audio visual equipment before use
* Raise IT requests with our external IT provider for account creation, following up tickets and ensuring quality assurance checks on new devices
* Asset management power chargers and head sets mobile phones and sim cards spreadsheet creation and monitoring for assets
* Experience with Crestron hardware preferable
