What You'll Be Responsible For
Oversee the operational performance of a state-of-the-art asset within the Charter Hall portfolio
Manage 1 Facilities Manager
Coordinate and manage contractors across essential services, technical maintenance and compliance
Cultivate strong tenant relationships and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience
Champion sustainability, efficiency and asset optimisation initiatives
Provide clear, accurate financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting and reporting
Identify opportunities to lift standards, streamline processes and enhance building performance
