An experienced occupational therapist is required to provide rehabilitation services to adults with Acquired Brain Injury. As a key member of the interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and supporting clients in achieving their full potential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
* Evaluate and implement best practices within the team, ensuring continuity of care and quality improvement.
* Develop innovative solutions to address the complex needs of individuals living with brain injury, fostering independence and promoting community reintegration.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* A relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective communication, organisational, and negotiation abilities.
