Job Description:
This nursing position is based in a modern, RACGP-accredited general practice, which is part of a larger network of medical centers across Queensland and New South Wales. As a member of our team, you will be working alongside experienced GPs and a dedicated admin team to provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients.
The scope of your practice will include chronic disease management, immunizations, wound care, ECGs, spirometry, women's and men's health support, patient education, and quality improvement activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
* Immunization certification (or willingness to complete)
* Experience in general practice or community health preferred
* Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
* Proficiency in infection control and chronic disease protocols
