We're partnering with one of Australia's most established Microsoft-focused consultancies as they continue an exciting growth journey across ERP, SaaS and managed services.
As a result of continued expansion, we're looking for a commercially minded Delivery Manager who can bring structure, leadership and accountability across a busy delivery function while helping shape what great delivery looks like moving forward.

What's the Role?
You'll sit at the centre of the business, ensuring projects are delivered successfully, customers remain delighted and consulting teams have the support, direction and structure needed to perform at their best.
You'll work closely with leadership, consulting teams, developers and customers to drive consistent, profitable and scalable delivery outcomes.

What We're Looking For
You'll likely come from a Delivery Manager, Senior Project Manager, PMO Lead or Consulting Leadership background and be comfortable operating across both people and projects.
You'll bring
* 5+ years' experience in a senior delivery leadership role
* Strong experience delivering ERP, SaaS or enterprise software projects
* Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills
* Strong commercial and financial awareness
* Experience leading cross‐functional consulting and technical teams
* A proactive, solutions‐focused approach
Highly Regarded
* Dynamics 365 Business Central exposure
* Microsoft Partner experience
* Azure DevOps, Smartsheet or Zendesk exposureExperience building or scaling delivery functions
