Our approach places individuals and families at the centre of every interaction, ensuring care is respectful, collaborative, and tailored to their unique needs.In your role as an Antenatal Clinic Midwife, you will provide comprehensive antenatal assessments, education, and ongoing support throughout pregnancy. You will contribute to optimising maternal and fetal wellbeing by delivering high‐quality clinical care, promoting informed decision‐making, and fostering positive experiences for women and families during this important stage of their journey.Your role will include:* Conducting antenatal assessments, screening, and health promotion* Coordinating care for women with diverse clinical needs* Providing education on pregnancy, birth, and parenting* Working collaboratively with obstetric, medical, allied health, and community teams* Contributing to quality improvement and evidence‐based clinical practice* Ensuring culturally safe care for all families**What you'll bring**You're resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
