The Role
This is not a maintenance role, it is a true leadership and growth mandate.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take full responsibility for leading, shaping, and scaling the WA sales function, with a clear focus on market penetration across the steel roofing ecosystem.
You will lead from the front, balancing team leadership, strategic sales execution, and high-level client engagement, while positioning the business as a preferred partner across contractors, builders, and distribution channels.
This role will suit a well-connected industry leader who understands how to win, someone who has a full understanding of the sales cycle, influence decision-makers, and convert business into wins.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing sales team, driving accountability and results
* Execute a clear growth strategy across steel roofing, insulation, and ventilation markets
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across contractors, builders, and key distribution partners
* Build and strengthen long-term relationships with major accounts and industry stakeholders
* Drive project specification activity, influencing outcomes from early design stages
* Provide technical leadership and commercial guidance to both clients and internal teams
* Maintain visibility across the market—monitoring competitors, trends, and emerging opportunities
* Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting at a senior level
* Represent the brand in the market through site engagement, client meetings, and industry presence
Salary and Benefits
Base $150,000–$170,000 + Super 12% + Car Allowance + Bonus
