Sunshine Sugar’s Condong Mill currently have an opportunity available for a trade qualified Electrician / Instrumentation Technician to join their team. Be a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of breakdown and preventative maintenance, along with carrying out new installation work.
We are looking for
* Trade qualifications in the Electrical field
* Instrumentation and control qualifications will be highly regarded
* A current NSW Electrical licence or NSW Electrical Contractor licence
* Willingness and availability to commit to possible shift work and overtime
* Relevant plant electrical, instrument and control experience in heavy industry, preferably with hands on experience in manufacturing or processing operations exposure, power generation, industrial power distribution, protection systems and process control
* Willingness and availability for shift work
* Calibration, installation, commissioning and fault finding of Instrumentation
* Exposure to wide range of pressure, level, temperature and flow
* Exposure to distributed control, PLC systems
* Current AS3000 design and verification requirements at trade level
* Knowledge of AC and DC Motor control systems
* High level communication skills both written and verbal
* Commitment and good attitude to safety and workplace culture
* Teamwork and willingness to co-operatively share knowledge and expertise
