The Role
This dynamic role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety and is passionate about excellence in administration and communication.
You will provide secretariat and project support services across ISA, with a strong focus on supporting high-level Committees made up of senior industry leaders. You will also play a vital role in coordinating stakeholder engagement events and contributing to workforce and training product development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver secretariat services for Strategic Workforce Planning Committees and working groups, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and papers, taking minutes, and tracking actions.
Liaise with stakeholders including CEOs and Directors, acting as a key point of contact.
Provide event coordination support for ISA-hosted forums, summits, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Assist in the development and quality assurance of training products, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Maintain SharePoint sites and document management systems.
Collaborate with internal teams and support project documentation, timelines, and milestone tracking.
What You Will Bring
Proven experience in providing high-level administrative or secretariat support.
Strong organisational and time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
A collaborative team player with initiative and professionalism.
Desirable: Familiarity with Australia’s VET system will be highly regarded.
