**About the Role**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:
- Manage automation flows across key lifecycle stages: onboarding, nurture, upsell, reactivation.
- Maintain a clean, segmented marketing database to enable targeted campaigns and reporting.
- Use behavioural triggers and segmentation to personalise communications
- Create SEO-friendly content including landing pages, blogs, lead magnets, etc.
- Support cross-channel campaign delivery and ensure consistent execution across content, design, and CRM
- Track and report on campaign performance to optimise ongoing strategy.
**You Must Have**:
- Demonstrated ability to write and execute high-performing direct marketing campaigns
- Experience managing customer segmentation and behavioural triggers
- Exposure to SEO content production and/or keyword optimisation (preferred)
