The role: Our client is looking for a hands-on, analytical Finance Manager who’s confident leading a team, uplifting financial reporting standards, and supporting a CFO with high-level strategy and planning. You’ll manage a capable team of finance and payroll staff, oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, and produce meaningful reports that inform real decisions across the business. There’s also the chance to be heavily involved in the planning and financial modelling for the launch of a brand-new hotel—an exciting, high-impact project that’s set to open later this year. You’ll be a key partner to the CFO, providing insights, improving systems, and helping drive smarter financial outcomes across departments.
