This is a fantastic opportunity to take charge of stock management, ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked, organised, and replenished, all while maintaining smooth store operations. As the Inventory Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing all stock-related tasks, including unpacking deliveries, managing inventory levels, and ensuring stock is always accessible and ready for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Stock Management : Oversee and manage the flow of stock, ensuring it's unpacked, organized, and stored correctly to optimize efficiency. Inventory Control : Maintain accurate stock levels, track product movement, and conduct regular stock takes to ensure minimal stock discrepancies. Unpacking Stock : Physically unpack deliveries, organize products on the sales floor, and ensure items are properly stored for easy access. Collaborate with Sales Team : Work closely with the Store Manager and sales team to ensure stock is available and easily accessible for customers and associates. Visual Merchandising Support : Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring stock is well-displayed and visually appealing. Safety and Compliance : Ensure all stock handling processes comply with health, safety, and company procedures.
