 
        
        Operations Support Manager Job Description
The Operations Support Manager will be based in Lane Cove, but travel to our services on a regular basis to support and guide our services in all aspects of operations, compliance, pedagogy and practice.
Job Responsibilities:
 * Provide verbal, written and face-to-face support guiding practice and pedagogy delivery ensuring embedded practices
 * Operational support in line with regulations
 * Mentor and assess Certificate III and Diploma Trainees
 * Build strong, collaborative partnerships with all Franchise owners and their teams
 * Provide support and guidance through the A&R Process
 * Contribute ideas to our annual Professional Development calendar and facilitate sessions with Educational Leaders and Nominated Supervisors
Requirements:
 * Minimum of 3 years experience running a service at Director level
 * Degree qualified Early Childhood Teacher
 * TAE Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
 * Valid working with Children Check
 * Knowledge of the NQF, Education & Care Services Regulations & Law, EYLF, NQS, A&R Process
 * Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and achieve outcomes
 * Strong understanding of pedagogical practice and research
 * Proven ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement
 * Strong attention to detail
 * Excellent verbal and written skills
 * Can do attitude and the ability to multi-task
 * Team Player
