About the Position

As a Tiler at Eloraa Stone Pty Ltd, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional tiling and stonework installations that meet client expectations and project specifications. This full-time position involves working on a variety of residential and commercial sites, ensuring precise, high-quality finishes that enhance the overall aesthetics and functionality of spaces. Your expertise will directly contribute to the company's commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Preparing surfaces for tiling, including cleaning, levelling, and waterproofing
* Measuring, cutting, and laying ceramic, porcelain, stone, and mosaic tiles
* Applying adhesives, grout, and sealants in accordance with Australian Standards
* Setting tiles accurately to plans, levels, and layouts
* Repairing and replacing damaged tiles where required
* Ensuring high-quality workmanship and finishes
* Adhering to workplace health and safety requirements
* Working independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Requirements

* Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
* AQF Certificate III in tiling.
* Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as a Tiler.
* Strong technical skills in surface preparation, tile cutting, layout, and grouting
* Attention to detail and commitment to achieving high-quality finishes
* Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
* Good physical fitness and ability to work safely on construction sites
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and in a team
