A strong sales work ethic is essential, with the ability to consistently build and close pipeline opportunities through direct prospecting and partner referrals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a defined sales territory, targeting mid-sized law firms across Australia.
* Execute the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting, qualification, and demonstrations through to negotiation and close.
* Build trusted relationships with partners, IT stakeholders, and firm leadership teams.
* Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client challenges and align solutions to business outcomes.
* Drive business development efforts through cold calling, social selling, referrals, and channel collaboration.
* Maintain pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting using CRM systems.
* Work closely with marketing, partner, and customer success teams to ensure long-term client success and retention.
Skills & Experience
* 3–5 years of experience in a sales-specific role within the legal, professional services, or SaaS industry.
* Proven ability to manage territory-based sales and navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes.
* Strong consultative selling background with excellent business development and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated success driving new business through outbound activity and partner networks.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and demonstration skills with a professional and engaging style.
* Highly organised, forward-thinking, and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency required.
