Border Express is looking for a seasoned and experienced Business Development Manager to join our state sales team based in Underwood and help shape the next phase of our growth story.

Responsibilities
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across our clearly defined target markets
* Build relationships with key internal and customer decision-makers and present value‐driven solutions
* Hit (and exceed!) revenue and profit targets – you will be provided with industry best tools to support and enhance your success
* Seamlessly onboard new clients that will be transitioned over to our Account Management team so you can focus on making more sales
* Maintain your CRM and pipeline
* Collaborate with your internal stakeholders such as our operations team to deliver excellence
Qualifications
* 3+ years of successful B2B solution‐selling
* A strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and convert
* Excellent communicator, negotiator, and influencer
* A self‐starter who loves autonomy but thrives in a supportive high‐performing team
