The Role:
* Be the friendly face that greets customers, answers calls and books jobs in
* Provide clear updates to customers on vehicle progress, timelines and costs
* Work closely with the workshop team to coordinate bookings and workflow
* Handle invoicing, quotes, ordering of parts and basic admin duties
* Help create a seamless and professional customer experience, from drop-off to pick-up
* Oversee daily workshop operations alongside the Manager
* Problem solving & assisting technicians in the workshop environment as needed
Is This You?
* A customer service pro with strong communication and sales abilities
* Attention to detail, dependable team player and a can-do attitude
* Motivated, reliable, and ready to step up
* Hold a valid driver's licence and full Australian work rights
* Computer literate (booking systems, invoicing, email)
* Trade qualification is desirable, not essential or excellent automotive knowledge
Experience:
* Experience and understanding of automotive parts
* Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering the customer solution
* Mechanical experience preferred (highly regarded if you are trade qualified)
* Must have Dealership/Automotive/2IC experience
