**The Company**
A highly regarded national client of ours currently requires the services of an experienced Operations Manager to manage the presentation of this busy Shopping Centre located in Northwest Sydney.
**The Role**
You will have a keen eye for maintenance, a good understanding of OHS procedures and ensure a dedicated approach is taken towards safety so that disruptions to tenants are mínimal.
**The Responsibilities**
- Assuming responsibility for technical facilities management of the Shopping Centre
- Assisting with the creation of operational and capital expenditure budgets and manage these
- Looking after both reactive and preventative maintenance issues
- Monthly reporting
- Developing and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
- Managing contractors
- Ensuring compliance and OH&S
- Assisting with the implementation of sustainability projects
**To be successful, you will posses the following**
- Shopping Centre Experience working as a Facilities/Operations Manager or an Assistant Operations Manager
- Great contractor management
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a large team or autonomously
