We are looking for our newest retail assistants to join our growing team at Celebrity Ink Tattoo.
Recruiting for the Surfers Paradise Gold Coast region.
We are recruiting a Full-Time and Part-Time Position requiring flexibility to work weekdays and weekends across a 7-day Monday–Sunday roster.
As a sales assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to create a unique and memorable Tattoo experience.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who is energetic and driven and can think quickly on their feet with a positive attitude towards sales. Enjoys a sales environment and thrives in assisting others to create a great customer experience.
* Can-do attitude, and friendly/fun disposition, the ability to work well in a team environment while also working autonomously.
* You possess the ability to use initiative
* Clear and upbeat communication skills that can be translated across on the phone, in emails and social media messages as well as in-person.
* Flexibility and Australian working rights.
* Basic computer knowledge and skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Professional and confident approach towards communication and sales.
As part of our Ink Crew, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities;
* Assist customers with queries, processing sales, gift vouchers, upselling skills and follow-up post customer care.
* Can compassionately and efficiently uncover what a customer wants and needs and provide relevant recommendations.
* Can communicate via social media outlets/emails with a friendly disposition, and process sales online as well is in in-store and via telephone.
* Assist managers/supervisors and artists, and share product knowledge with customers.
* Assist with and/or escalate any customer complaints to management
* Work under the guidance and support of your store manager and overall team to achieve KPI's and targets.
* Ad-hoc task as required and upkeep store hygiene, cleanliness and presentation.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
* Previous experience not necessary; however, an absolute PASSION for retail & customer service will be highly regarded.
* TRAINING PROVIDED
* Basic social media and engagement knowledge.
