Our client has built works a strong reputation for excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Due to further project awards they are expanding their Perth team and seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing business.
About the Role
As a Site Manager, you’ll be supporting the management team in the end-to-end delivery of a range projects, overseeing delivery aspects of various projects. You’ll support the team in ensuring positive outcomes for all key stakeholders, ensuring successful project outcomes across scope, cost, and schedule.
This is a newly awarded camp refurbishment project, and you'll be joining a highly experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Senior Management Team across the project
* Lead delivery phases, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
* Maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reporting frameworks.
* Communicate with a broad range of stakeholders, including clients, consultants & sub-contractors.
* Provide strong leadership as requiredto project teams.
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Skills & Experience
* 2+ years of experience in site supervision/leading hand roles.
* Proven success delivering a range of commercial projects.
* Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
* Strong understanding of governance, procurement, and project controls.
* S26 would be a preference.
