* Utilize specialist knowledge and skills to support clients in achieving their return-to-work goals.
* Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
* Collaborate with clients to identify future employment or training options.
* Conduct assessments in the area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations and worksite assessments.
* Oversee effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal.

Requirements
* Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP).
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
* Current Working with Children Check.
* Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
