Responsibilities
* Work with pre-qualified customer appointments booked directly into your calendar.
* Coordinate custom marketing initiatives with our in-house marketing team to supercharge your lead flow.
* Guide clients from first conversation through to settlement while our fulfilment team handles processing and admin.
* Leverage Aussie's leading tech platform to simplify workflows, manage compliance, and boost conversion.
* Unlock greater income by connecting customers to Aussie's wider ecosystem, including buyer's agents, conveyancing, and insurance services.
Qualifications
* Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain before you start—Aussie will support).
* Sales, broking, or customer service experience.
* Motivation to grow a high-performing, flexible business.
* Passion for helping Australians achieve property ownership.
* Unrestricted Australian working rights.
