Job Title: Production Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our production team, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

* You have a strong background in film or television production, with experience in project management and coordination.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day activities of the production team, including scheduling, coordinating and supervising staff and contractors.
2. Develop and implement project plans, timelines and budgets, working closely with the production team to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Coordinate and manage meetings, communication and documentation between stakeholders, teams and departments.
4. Collaborate with the production team to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
5. Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, payments and financial reporting.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as film, television, communications or business.
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the film or television industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues and external partners.
* Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions to complex problems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative approach and a willingness to support colleagues when needed.
