Leadership Role Overview
As a key leadership figure, you will take on a hands-on role where you will support the Store Manager in leading and developing a passionate retail team. You will be responsible for taking full responsibility for the store when the Manager is away, driving daily sales targets and team performance, fostering an exceptional customer experience every time, and overseeing your own department within the store.

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Fashion, Jewellery or Homewares retail
* Leadership potential and confidence to manage the store solo
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for inspiring customers through product knowledge and style
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster including Mondays, Sundays, and peak trading periods (including Christmas)
