Position Overview
Are you tired of day-to-day clinical practice and looking to expand and explore creative content development? Do you have a passion for writing and innovation in psychology?
We are seeking a psychologist with extensive clinical experience to collaborate with our Senior Clinical Psychologist, content strategists, and psychology experts in creating high-quality resources for mental health practitioners worldwide.
This dynamic role involves content creation, research, quality assurance, and strategic support across multiple projects. You will be part of a collaborative team, contributing to innovative content ideas and ensuring that our products are both engaging and evidence-based.
This role is ideal for a psychologist with a creative drive, a strong grounding in evidence-based practice, and a passion for helping build impactful products while also supporting marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing high-quality original content for mental health practitioners and organisations globally.
Assisting in the creation of products and content tailored to specific population groups.
Providing expert guidance across multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
Contributing to brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas.
Writing marketing content to promote our courses and online events.
Assisting with the development of training materials and digital resources.
Key Tasks Include:
Content Development
Write a range of content for the Senior Clinical Psychologist, CEO, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with the video production team and web writers to create engaging video content for mental health practitioners.
Ensure high-quality content standards through rigorous quality assurance checks.
Writing and Marketing Support
Develop e-books, blogs, and short-form content for mental health professionals.
Assist in conceptualising and detailing new product ideas.
Write compelling marketing content, including social media posts, subject lines, and promotional materials.
Support the team in running engaging, unique webinars featuring world-renowned psychology experts.
Research and Strategy
Conduct in-depth research on psychology topics and market trends.
Contribute to strategic discussions on new project development and content innovation.
Assist in content development workflows and process management.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum 7 years of clinical experience.
Strong writing portfolio, demonstrating experience in psychological content creation.
Proficiency in content tools such as Google Docs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail and proofreading ability.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a creative team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Availability for a once per quarter (2-3 days) team sessions in SE Qld.
Availability for approximately 15- 24 hours per week (initially).
Australian residency required.
