We are seeking a Behavioural Support Practitioner to join our team.
As a Behavioural Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments and therapy planning to clients with disabilities. You will also be required to maintain accurate client records and ensure that services are provided in accordance with best practice and relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support to clients
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
* Maintain detailed and accurate client records
* Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with best practice and relevant legislation
Requirements
* NDIS Registration as a Behavioural Support Practitioner (limited registration may be considered)
* A driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Working With Children Check, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Previous experience working in the disability sector is desirable
