This presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Specialist to work for this international top tier consulting firm.
This role will involve end-to-end processing of two monthly payrolls for approximately 350 employees - including both local employees and international employees on local assignments. You will be required to process all salary related payments (including PAYG), superannuation, workers compensation, payroll tax, workplace giving, salary sacrifice, all leave types and bonuses.
You will liaise with international payroll and HR departments to ensure all international transfers receive the appropriate compensation package taking into account different tax rules (equalised compensation).
This role will require setting up of new employees and processing new information onto the payroll system. You will be required to liaise with internal and external clients on payroll matters. You will also be required to conduct payroll inductions for international transfers, as well as maintenance of the payroll intranet site.
Finally you will prepare month end process for Local & Transfer Payrun, including finalising payroll journals. You will perform calculation of monthly annual and long service leave accrual journals.
