Liaising/advising with beneficiaries, family members and trustees. Be involved in a range of Estate Litigation matters, such as estate planning, probate issues, family provision claims, contested wills and trustee disputes. Attend & represent clients in mediations, negotiations and Courts. The ideal candidate: Senior Lawyer/Special Counsel with at least 6 PQE. A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records. In-depth and up to date knowledge of relevant laws & legislations. Excellent communication skills & a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage sensitive client relationships with compassion and professionalism.
