Job Description

- Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Process onboarding and offboarding documentation for staff members.
- Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees and management.
- Prepare and distribute internal HR communications as needed.
- Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and organisational policies.
- Support payroll processing by providing necessary employee data.
- Assist with general administrative tasks within the HR department.
- Writing contracts.

The Successful Applicant

- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to tasks.
