The RoleAs Contract Manager, you will support the business by overseeing contract administration for existing projects while leading the origination and negotiation of new large-scale agreements.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, your focus will be on ensuring strong commercial outcomes, managing risk and facilitating smooth project execution.
Your responsibilities will include:Leading the negotiation and execution of major contracts such as EPC agreements for renewable energy projectsSupporting project teams across engineering, legal and finance to structure effective commercial arrangementsManaging a suite of smaller consultancy and service contracts, including renewals and performance monitoringMaintaining accurate contract records and tracking key milestonesResolving contractual issues and proactively identifying and mitigating potential risksAdvising internal stakeholders and executive leadership on contract status and performanceEnsuring all contracts comply with procurement policies and relevant legal frameworksThis is a hands-on role that sits across the business and plays a key part in the successful delivery of critical energy infrastructure.
