Over several generations, we create and deliver an integrated system that responds to the child and their family through key transition points from pre-birth to young adulthood.
Our approach recognizes the cultural, social, and economic strength of our communities.
Key responsibilities include contributing to improving health and wellbeing outcomes for children, families, and communities.
Work with children and families in early learning and outside learning sessions including home/community visits and other outreach strategies.
Work with First Nations staff and family members to support delivery of culturally appropriate health and wellbeing information.
Meet regularly with local First Nations people and elders to discuss local aspirations informing the direction of the role.
Liaise with local First Nations community members to ensure active promotion of local cultural knowledge and practice.
