CV no more than 4 pages please.The teamThe Change and Business Readiness team is responsible for supporting the delivery of organisational change management and business readiness across projects and other change initiatives in accordance with the ASIC Project Management and Change Management methodologies. There is an increasing focus on data sharing and analytics which will make ASIC a 'best in class' digital regulator supporting the Australian financial markets.The roleAs Change Manager, you will be required to:Take a leadership and hands-on role in delivering organisational change management initiatives across multiple IT and business projectsPartner with internal stakeholders to support them with overall program and/or project level business change activitiesAssist project teams with delivering clear and identifiable results that help embed the changeMonitor the change's progress and ensure all project governance requirements are met including planning, risk management, reporting, and project managementSupport the design, development, and delivery of project communications, including transition to BAU and post-Go LiveWork with project managers to conduct impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, and other key change deliverablesContribute to the refinement of the change management framework and its adoptionContribute to designing a roadmap for embedding and maturing change management across ASICAbout youRelevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Business Management, Communications, with experience in end-to-end change management on complex/large projects using a structured approachProsci certification & experience with the ADKAR modelExperience in digital, data & technology programs/projects preferredDetail-oriented with proven planning and management skills for people, processes, and behaviorsExcellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skillsStrong facilitation and communication skills, capable of delivering effective sessions both face-to-face and onlineAbility to work independently and as part of a teamOrganisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines amidst competing prioritiesWilling to work in a hybrid model (50% in-office)Baseline Security Clearance and federal government experience preferredView the position description for more information or click ‘apply' to start your application.
