Remuneration: $67.13 per hour + Superannuation + Salary Packaging
Location: Narrabri Hospital
Employment Type: Temporary Part Time Until September 2026.

About The Role
Narrabri Hospital is excited to welcome you as their new Midwifery & Nurse Unit Manager (MUM/ NUM) into the team. This is an interesting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their – Maternity is not a standalone unit within the hospital, combining with their Inpatient Unit (IPU). The 28-bed unit combines maternity, paediatrics, palliative care and medical/ surgical patients.
You won’t be working alone. The NUM/ MUM works with the Clinical Nurse Manager, supporting each other within all the daily functions of the service. You will also be supported by your fellow NUM’s in Emergency and Theatres. A thorough orientation will be provided, and ongoing career development opportunities are always encouraged and supported.

Requirements
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse and/ or Registered Midwife with AHPRA
