The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Safety Advisor to support the delivery of projects across Brisbane. This role offers the chance to be heavily involved in site-based safety. You'll be working across fit-out, refurbishment and small new build projects, taking an active role in supporting site teams and ensuring safe delivery across all stages of construction. A key focus will be maintaining a strong presence on site, particularly during high-risk activities such as crane lifts and other critical operations. This is a hands‐on position suited to someone who is confident working directly with site teams, proactive in their approach, and comfortable operating in a fast‐moving environment.

What You'll Be Doing
* Take ownership of site safety across active projects
* Maintain a strong presence on site, particularly during high-risk activities
* Work closely with site teams to support safe and efficient project delivery
* Engage with site management and subcontractors to reinforce safe practices
* Provide general site safety support as required across day-to-day operations
What You Bring
* Experience in a construction safety role within commercial building
* Exposure to fit-out, refurbishment or small new build projects
* Strong communication skills and confidence working on site
* A practical, hands‐on approach to safety and problem solving
* Relevant WHS qualifications or certifications
