Senior Solutions Consultant Job Description
This role involves working closely with sales, partnerships, and technical implementation teams to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
* Deliver compelling product demos and consultations to prospects and internal teams.
* Translate complex customer requirements into practical platform solutions.
* Provide subject matter expertise on marketing automation features and configuration.
* Partner with Sales and Account Management to accelerate deal velocity and retention.
* Serve as a technical escalation point for critical client issues.
* Support RFP responses and help shape go-to-market messaging from a technical lens.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product roadmap and best practices.
* Share feedback from customer interactions to enhance serviceability and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years' experience as a Solutions Consultant or in a technical, customer-facing SaaS role.
* Proven knowledge of email marketing and automation platforms.
* Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales cycle and how to overcome technical objections.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including demo delivery and documentation.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
* Ability to thrive in a high-stakes, high-performance environment.
* Background in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field (degree or equivalent experience).
