The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including spraying and blasting machinery, applying protective coatings and finishes, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform abrasive blasting and spray painting to clean, prepare, and coat mechanical and electrical rotating machinery.
* Apply protective coatings and finishes according to specifications, ensuring durability and compliance.
* Operate workshop equipment, including forklifts and rigging tools, to move and handle large machinery safely.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to company QESH systems and safety standards.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives, following company policies and promoting teamwork and positive communication.
Requirements
* Demonstrated previous experience in a similar role (2+ years).
* Ability to complete tasks on time, and to the highest standards with attention to detail.
* Positive attitude, team player with good people and communication skills.
* Must be reliable and have their own transport.
