Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes. This role involves assisting with daily tasks, meal preparation, and transportation, while promoting independence and dignity for our clients.
* Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing and dressing
* Supporting clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and cleaning
* Providing transportation and community access for clients
* Monitoring client conditions and reporting any changes or concerns
This position requires a Certificate III in Individual Support or higher, and experience working with clients with cognitive and physical limitations is essential. A valid driver's license and comprehensive insurance for your vehicle are also required.
