**Responsibilities**:
- Administer diagnostic tests to assess patients' hearing and balance.
- Interpret test results and make recommendations for treatment.
- Develop treatment plans that may include hearing aids, cochlear implants, and other devices.
- Provide counselling and education to patients and their families about hearing loss and balance disorders.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and speech-language pathologists, to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to industry standards and best practices for hearing and balance assessments.
**Requirements**:
- Active license to practice audiology.
- Master or Doctoral degree in Audiology or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Strong knowledge of audiology principles and practices.
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.

**Experience**:
- Audiologist: 1 year (preferred)
