About the role
We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Patrol Operative to join our established team at PGC Security in Albury, NSW. This role involves providing mobile patrol and response services across a range of client sites, ensuring the safety and protection of premises, assets, and people.
This is a full-time position operating on a rotating roster to support 24/7 service delivery.
What you'll be doing
* Conduct regular patrols of client sites to identify and respond to security risks
* Respond to alarm activations and calls for assistance in a timely and professional manner
* Accurately complete patrol logs, incident reports, and client records
* Liaise with clients, emergency services, and management as required
* Follow established procedures for incidents, emergencies, and WHS requirements
* Provide a high standard of customer service while representing the company professionally
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a security patrol or guarding role, preferred
* Current security licence for both NSW and Victoria
* Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Good situational awareness and sound decision-making skills
* A professional, reliable, and team-focused attitude
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
