In this role you will enhance operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and build strong stakeholder partnerships to minimise disruptions and provide timely information to road users.The RoleAs the Principal Advisor, you will lead and oversee the planning and operation of the Queensland's state-controlled road network to achieve optimal performance and resource efficiency.
Your responsibilities include supporting the strategic objectives of the Network Management team, managing state-wide traffic management centres, coordinating critical incident debriefs, providing operational support to regional teams, and driving strategic advice to resolve complex issues.
You will also oversee the delivery and performance outcomes of contracts, Service Level Agreements, and Memoranda of Understanding, while leading continuous improvement initiatives from concept through to implementation.
