We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated law professional to join our team as a Legal Research Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive legal research on issues related to litigation, insolvency, and commercial law.
* Assist in drafting and refining legal articles, practice notes, and internal research content.
* Collaborate with lawyers to develop materials for client updates and firm-wide knowledge sharing.
Requirements
* In your final year of study, undertaking a postgraduate degree (LLM), or currently enrolled in a PhD, with a strong academic record in Corporate and Insolvency Law.
* Demonstrated ability to produce clear, structured, and well-reasoned legal writing.
* Strong legal research skills, including critical analysis of primary and secondary legal materials.
