Responsibilities
* Maintain facilities and grounds at Guildford Village, including gardening, lawn mowing, and repairs.
* Perform general building and property maintenance tasks.
* Undertake minor duties such as weeding, pruning, and litter collection.
* Prepare materials for maintenance projects.
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies.
Requirements
* Previous experience in building and/or grounds maintenance is preferred.
* A valid driver's license and ability to tow and reverse a trailer are essential.
* Physical fitness is necessary to perform manual and heavy tasks.
* Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various conditions is required.
* Strong commitment to reliability, quality workmanship, and safety is essential.
