Your Role
We're seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer to join our IT team and play a vital role in supporting our people, systems and infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity to get hands‑on experience across a broad range of IT tasks in a supportive and forward‑thinking environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Be the first point of contact for end users, providing outstanding technical support via phone, email and ticketing systems
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and application issues
* Set up and configure new computers, systems, and software
* Manage user accounts and access permissions
* Apply updates, security patches and perform system maintenance
* Maintain accurate documentation, asset records and FAQs
* Support office-based and remote users, offering both on‑site and remote assistance
What You'll Bring
* A passion for IT and delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and O365 (preferred)
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Strong time management and organisational skills
Bonus Points For
* Tertiary qualifications in IT or related discipline
* ITIL certification or Microsoft technical certifications (e.g. MSCE)
* Previous experience in a service desk or IT support role
