About Us:
The Plumbing Industry Climate Action Centre (PICAC) is an industry owned, not-for-profit, Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that provides contemporary, industry-specific training and professional development for the commercial and domestic plumbing sectors, operating from cutting edge training centres across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
About the Role:
As a 12-month FTC Training Administrator, you will work as part of our training administration team, liaising closely with trainers, clients and students. You will coordinate our apprenticeship and post-trade courses, whilst playing a key role in ensuring that the organisation meets its regulatory compliance obligations.
Responsibilities will include:
* Administer training including enrolments, invoicing, scheduling of sessions, resulting and completions;
* Liaise with trainers in relation to classes
* Prepare student documentation and teaching materials
* Answer incoming calls, respond to training queries and correspondence
* Liaise with Management to ensure correct information is being marketed
* Assist with audits and statutory RTO compliance activities
* Assist in processing of competency results and claims for students in VETtrak
* Maintenance of student data and files in accordance with RTO policies and compliance requirements
* General filing, processing mail, student invoicing, payments and reports
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
* Experience working in an administration role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Sound computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and VETtrak (ideal)
* Self-motivation, with demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
* Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
* Reliability and a positive attitude to work in a team environment
