Job Title: Quality Risk Manager
We are seeking an experienced Quality and Risk professional to join our leadership team.
As a key member of the hospital's management, you will provide strategic direction and coordination of quality improvement and risk management programs.
* Create and implement effective quality and risk strategies to enhance patient safety, service effectiveness and efficiency.
* Develop and oversee the implementation of recommendations from root cause analysis for SAC1/Sentinel Events and other Clinical Incidents.
* Establish monitoring of all clinical risks and indicators to ensure seamless management of the Clinical Audit Plan.
You will be responsible for managing external reporting of clinical indicators and patient data, ensuring timely submission to relevant authorities.
The role requires a tertiary qualification in a health-related field and demonstrated conceptual, analytical and advanced-level report writing skills.
A results-driven leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills is required to drive business improvements and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
