What You'll Be Doing: Act on behalf of banks and non-banks in commercial banking and finance transactions. Draft and negotiate security documentation and bespoke facility agreements. Conduct due diligence, including reviewing material documents such as leases, agreements for leases, and pre-sale contracts. Take ownership of tasks like drafting and negotiating terms of facility agreements. Engage directly with clients, including opportunities for client-facing work and business development. About You: At least 2 years' experience in banking and finance, property, or commercial law. Strong experience in drafting and negotiating documents, with a clear understanding of commercial transactions. Excellent communication, people, and drafting skills with a genuine enthusiasm for learning and development.
