Customer Service Representative
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient passenger service functions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong customer focus.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver high standards of customer service for all client airlines, ensuring all customer requirements are met in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
* Carry out passenger check-in duties and other tasks commensurate with the passenger service for customer airlines.
* Evaluate and improve processes to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve required KPIs and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in aviation or hospitality.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to multitask under pressure.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position working 24 hours/7 days a week, including morning, evening and weekend shifts. The role requires the ability to lift up to 32kg and assist special needs passengers.
