Reporting to the Head of Doctors, you will lead Healthcare Australia's focus on engaging and expanding its doctor cohort. You will play a pivotal role in maximising the tenure of existing doctors, attracting new doctors, and re-engaging past doctors to ensure a strong and sustainable workforce pipeline. In this role, you will: Proactively find, attract and recruit new doctors to grow our clinical team Design and deliver initiatives to enhance doctor engagement, satisfaction, and retention Reconnect with former doctors through tailored outreach and engagement strategies Collaborate with Marketing to create doctor-focused campaigns and events Provide insights on industry trends, competitor activity, and future workforce demands Let’s talk about you You’ll ideally have experience hiring in healthcare — and if that’s included working with doctors, even better. You bring creative ideas for candidate engagement and retention, with a flair for designing strategies that keep talent connected and valued. As our Doctor Engagement Manager will need to be confident using a variety of sourcing and CRM systems - being comfortable rolling up your sleeves converting our talented doctors into shifts for our clients.
